We just had a quite interesting question from a user named Jacob: I noticed in your list it’s stated to never buy a cryptocurrency after a dump… but shouldn’t we be looking for low entries? After the dump I will watch the coin/market for a while to see how low it will get (for fib maybe back down to 23% or so) and then try to buy it there, thinking it will test the higher fib points in the future again. Is this such a bad strategy? Thanks! I was talking about pump-dump coins, and not if for example a… Read more »
There are certain things, which can help manage the risk while trading, like starting the trade with a small amount and moving slowly with the market. This will help the trader to be in the long run in the market. Having a proper detailed plan about the strategies can also reduce risk management. If you are winning a series of trade continuously, stop losses should be used to reduce the further risk of losing trades. If the market moves in the opposite direction, then stop loss will be there to protect your account. The trader should have a proper plan, and risk management should be the priority before stepping in the trading markets.

The hash rate is the amount of computational effort put into securing a cryptocurrency’s block chain. This computational effort is spent by the miners who’re collectively running ledger software to validate blockchain transactions. Miners are rewarded for this effort with newly issued coins in what’s called the blockchain reward. There may also be a transaction fee on top.

This learning program will make you completely self-sufficient. There will be no need for you to pay for another course or to subscribe to different trading groups and live trade rooms. There is a ton of groups and individuals out there who are selling or giving away trade signals on their sites, Twitter, forums, etc. All these signals and tips can be useless or even very harmful, if you don't know how to do your own research. For instance, a fresh tweet saying it's time to buy a certain altcoin might not only be old news. There's also a chance it was written because the author wants to actually dump the coin, and he needs people to buy and raise its value at the same time he is selling it.
While Bitcoin doesn’t have a project team as such, most altcoins do. The project team can be thought of as the company. They are the people behind the coin’s idea, marketing effort and bringing it to fruition. When valuing a cryptoasset, look at the official website and try to understand the background of the company, the skills of its management and its developers.

There is one more major difference between the two. That difference is security. Cryptocurrencies are a comparatively new technology, with all the risks associated with emerging tech. There are mountains of stories in the news about cryptocurrencies being hacked, stolen, or simply lost due to glitches. Due to the immutable nature of the blockchain, such actions are incredibly difficult to reverse, though not impossible.
As far as tech is concerned, Facebook is one of the world's leading powers so it has a huge influence on how technology is used and perceived. With the tech giant's plans to launch Libra, its own cryptocurrency product, investors are beginning to see digital currency as a serious investment. This endorsement by Facebook not only has the power to sway the average tech user, but it also has the power to sway governments. For example, India is working towards a ban on cryptocurrency. But with Facebook entering the domain, this may motivate other smaller tech companies to follow suit. Placing a ban on cryptocurrencies at a time like this could lead to India missing out on what could be one of the greatest technological advancements of the century. Companies like Visa and PayPal have also shown interest in Facebook’s coin, making it seem even more credible. As a result, institutional investors are taking digital assets more seriously. The recent price movement of Bitcoin and other top cryptocurrencies may lead to a massive rally that could send the top asset over $20,000 if it breaks its resistance at $13,000. This price behavior may mirror December 2017, when FOMO drove Bitcoin into the hands of the average first-time crypto user. That boom saw a combination of numerous new entrants into the market and frequent Bitcoin-related search terms to create an ecosystem that is gradually approaching mainstream status. Although the Bitcoin Google searches haven't started piling up and there isn’t a buying frenzy yet or proof that first-time buyers are jumping into the market, the signs are clear. There have been tons of Bitcoin predictions as well as Ripple, Ethereum, and Litecoin predictions by industry figures. These predictions put the future prices of these assets anywhere from $0 to $100,000 and are not a great indicator of what their future prices will actually be.The 5-figure value of Bitcoin due to recent gains is every bit as exciting as it was when these gains first happened in 2017. Mainly due to institutional investors, the upward price movements are indicative of a bright future for Bitcoin. It also proves that Bitcoin isn’t a dying asset as many may have thought throughout its market correction in 2018.Facebook moving into the cryptocurrency and blockchain space may also act as a catalyst for a massive bull run and better performance for the prices of Bitcoin and top altcoins. However, it's too early to say for sure. It’s exciting to see how the market unfolds and whether Bitcoin can top its 2017 high of $20,236.

Our Suggestion: Use Cash App if you want to keep things simple and just buy Bitcoin, use Coinbase if you are ready for real cryptocurrency investing and trading, and then when you have mastered Coinbase move onto Coinbase Pro, Binance, and Bittrex to get a wider selection of crypto assets. If at some point you feel like you have mastered trading and risk management strategies, then you may want to consider leverage and derivatives trading. Trying to do this out of order can lead to real issues, so we strongly suggest learning to walk before you run here. Lastly, at any point in this process, we suggest getting a hardware wallet like Trezor and storing your long term holdings in your own wallet. Also, once you learn the ropes, educating yourself on other aspects of crypto like mining and how blockchain and smart contracts work is a good idea too!

Designed by Francis-Xavier Thoorens, the cryptocurrency will utilise smart bridges to help bridge the communication between independent blockchains. Eventually this should give birth to a ecosystem of blockchains that can communicate with one another. This would then eventually aid to the reduction of users on centralised exchanges which are prone to hacks and theft. If all currency transactions are conducted through the smart bridges then users will no longer need exchanges.

As previously mentioned, entering an investment can pose some financial risks. But risks can be avoided by being properly informed. To reduce the chance of risk while simultaneously enhancing the opportunity for profit, it’s up to you to make smart choices by analyzing both past and current trends. With a rapidly changing market and new cryptocurrencies coming in, observing and comparing the market caps of different cryptocurrencies will help you choose the cryptocurrency that is right for you!
The cryptocurrency industry is very young. As the market stabilizes itself through time, entering this kind of investment may seem like a dangerous gamble. But just like other investments, it can be compared to a game of poker. You will never win if you don’t play wisely and carefully. Give yourself a chance. Nothing is guaranteed and there are risks involved, but when you play your cards well, rewards will come!

Since the adoption of the “gold standard” implemented in the late 19th century, the exchange of foreign currencies has intrigued traders. To determine a currency's worth based on gold has established the standardized method for evaluating the currency. Over time, speculators and hedgers have swapped currencies for profit and to preserve their wealth.
Crypto trading is often thought of as similar to Forex, or foreign exchange trading. Forex, like crypto, involves trading currencies. However, there are a few key differences between the two. Forex trading is a large, well-established practice, while crypto trading is a relative newcomer to the scene. Forex often involves middlemen, brokers, and other institutions that take fees at every step of the trading process. The lack of a middleman is one of the biggest draws of crypto trading. And another major sticking point between the two is the liquidity available in Forex, versus the lack of liquidity in crypto – once you move away from the most common coins. And of course, there’s security.

Over the last few years, cryptocurrency trading has become one of the most attractive niches in forex trading. Other than it being extremely profitable, the lack of regulation is its biggest appeal. Still, cryptocurrencies like bitcoin, Ethereum ripple, dash, and Litecoin are dynamic, unstable instruments that need to be handled cautiously and in the most optimal way. To achieve this, you need to choose a trustworthy, well-established broker to carry out your cryptocurrency trading.

The Price Break-out Strategy, There is a multitude of reference to price break-outs. For what it is worth they can be viewed as price continuations or price reversals. If price has already established a trend then the break-out is a price movement that punctures support or resistance in the direction of the prevailing trend. Since this price behavior is typical of price following a consolidation pattern then a separate category for this price movement event becomes unnecessary as a Forex trading strategy, stocks strategy or Futures strategy. Price often consolidates after price movement of one direction or the other. A longer price movement that leads to a price reversal forms a price base that is recognized by its price range pattern. While price is ranging there is a building demand that is increasing in the opposite price direction of the most recent trend or as supply decreases it reduces what had fueled that most recent trend direction. A sudden price movement from the price range base is often referenced as a break-out. The price movement can be analyzed as a price reversal and again eliminates need for a price break-out category.
